About us
Why Basemints?
The name says it all. We take a dusty, unfinished basement and leave it in mint condition. And when we build an ADU, your basement becomes a mint of its own, earning money for you every month.
What we stand for
Quality work
We build it like it's our own home, with no shortcuts behind the drywall.
Great communication
Clear bids, regular updates, and quick answers. You'll never wonder what's going on.
A home you enjoy more
We help you make better use of the space you already own.
Proudly serving homeowners across Utah County and Salt Lake County.
