Weeks 1–3
Design, plans & permits
We finalize the layout and finishes with you and handle the city permits.

Weeks 3–6
Framing, electrical & plumbing
Walls go up, rough-ins go in, and inspections are passed. You get regular updates.

Weeks 6–10
Drywall, flooring & finishes
Insulation, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, cabinets and fixtures bring the space to life.

Weeks 10–12
Final walkthrough
We walk it with you, fix every punch-list item, and hand over your beautiful new space in mint condition.
